N38E13  is a cultural organization, based in Palermo (Italy). It is a nomadic project of research and experimentation in contemporary art. Its name originates from the geographical coordinates of Palermo. It starts in 2013 by Ennio Pellicanò, curator of the project. N38E13 has curated art projects, such as art exhibitions, workshops, seminars, art residencies, sound performances, in Italy and abroad.

N38E13 moving temporarily to different places with different projects, moves its coordinates to new positions:

Over the years, N38E13 has worked with public institutions such as: Riso – Museo d’Arte Contemporanea della Sicilia; Italian Embassy in Tokyo (Japan), Istituto Italiano di Cultura Italiana a Tokyo (Japan), Goethe-Institut, Institut Français, Accademia di Belle Arti di Palermo. And it has also worked with international institutions abroad as: TOKAS – Institute of Contemporary Arts and International Cultural Exchange (Tokyo – Japan), LiquenLab (Patagonia, Chile), Alfa Romeo (Japan), and Cité Internationale des Arts (Paris, France). N38E13 also took part in festivals such as: Nesxt – Independent Contemporary Art Festival (Turin – Italy); Nuvole – Viaggio nell’Arte Indipendente (Scicli RG – Italy)

From 2013 to 2017 the research project takes place manly within the Art Space of N38E13. In 2018 it closes the Art Space experience in Palermo deciding to undertake a nomadic approach in the research, maintaining a connection with Palermo, that after Tokyo (Japan) in 2018, leads it to Patagonia (Chile) in 2020, to Geneva (Switzerland) and Berlin (Germany) in 2021.

During the 2022 and the 2023 it is based temporarely in Paris (France), curating an art residency program in partnership with the Cité Internationale des Arts. In 2023 it starts curating an annul art residency program in the island of Pantelleria (Italy).
